drifting through my mind
as abstract as i can
looking at the words i find

who are you
so long in the face
in a town so grey
such a slow pace
where will you go
in a year or so
give your time to nothing
dedicate it to your fling
cuz when you hear her sing
we all just fly away

so bounce back
jump forward
leap from side to side
now you're somewhere new
boogie it up
loosen out
smile cuz you can
and act a fool
stare at the screen and drool
don't be the tool
